Instructions to applicants

1. Create your account

If this is your first time on "Sciences Call" you must create an account to log in and submit your application to our PhD topics. Click on the button below and follow the instructions.

A confirmation email will be sent to you, click on the link to activate your account.

2. Prepare your supporting documents

All information about the eligibility of your application, the supporting documents to be provided and the selection criteria are detailed in our "Guide for applicants". Please read it carefully before you start the submission procedure.

All your supporting documents must be combined into a single file that you will upload to the plaform. To help you prepare your application, you can download the editable application form below and complete it with all the necessary information.

Please do not change the name of the file, just add your _SURNAME_Name at the end of it, for example: APPLICATION_FORM_SMITH_John.

3. Submit your application

Once your account is created and activated, or if you already have an account, you can log in to the platform to submit your application. Before you begin, we recommend that you open the Guide for applicants to the section "How to apply?" to help you follow the procedure.
